2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include the IP address, time and target of the request, transferred data volume, referrer, browser and system information, and HTTP status.
Processing serves the secure, stable and error-free provision of the website and the prevention of abusive access. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Where Hetzner processes personal data on our behalf, processing is based on a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
3. Technical delivery, cookies and similar technologies
The website is primarily delivered as static content. According to the current project status, no external web fonts, advertising trackers, external map or video embeds, or client-side analytics tools are used. The website itself does not set marketing, statistics or profiling cookies. If a service requiring consent is added later, the privacy information and consent management will be updated before activation.
4. Contact by email and telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide, in particular contact details, the content of the enquiry and, where relevant, company and project data.
If the contact concerns the initiation or performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR is the legal basis. In other cases, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the appropriate handling of business enquiries.
5. Contact form and Postmark
If you use our contact form, we process the information entered there. Required fields are your name, email address and project message. Company and platform information is optional. The data is used solely to process your enquiry.
For delivery of the form message we use the transactional email service Postmark, provided by AC PM LLC, 1 N Dearborn Street, Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60602, USA. Postmark processes data required for email delivery on our behalf and provides a Data Processing Addendum for this processing relationship.
Use of Postmark may involve transferring personal data to the United States, a third country outside the EU/EEA. Postmark provides the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses as safeguards for relevant transfers. Third-country transfers may nevertheless involve additional risks, including broader access possibilities for public authorities.
According to Postmark, message content and related metadata are retained for 45 days by default; the retention period configured for the relevant account may differ. We retain enquiries received by us only for as long as necessary for handling the enquiry, contract initiation or performance, and applicable statutory retention obligations.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns contract initiation or performance and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is reliable and secure handling of business enquiries.
6. Recipients and processors
Personal data is made available only to internal teams and external service providers that need it for the relevant purpose. Processors include in particular the hosting provider and, for contact-form delivery, the email service provider. Where processing on behalf applies, the requirements of Art. 28 GDPR are observed.
7. Retention
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Once the purpose no longer applies and relevant retention periods have expired, data is deleted or, where necessary, restricted.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For our registered office, the competent authority is in particular:
Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen

Phone: +49 511 120-4500
Email: poststelle@lfd.niedersachsen.de
10. Data security
The website is provided over encrypted HTTPS connections. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access and other unlawful processing. The email-delivery token is stored server-side and is not delivered to the browser.
11. Current version
